Graduated in Civil Engineering specializing in Structures, at the University of Perugia in 2013 and qualified to practice at the Order of Engineers of Perugia. He obtained the PhD in Civil Engineering at the University of Perugia in 2017 in relation to the issues of vulnerability and seismic risk of existing structures. As a freelancer, he mainly deals with seismic vulnerability assessment of existing buildings, seismic adaptation/improvement projects for reinforced concrete, masonry, wood and steel structures for both public and private bodies, as well as new buildings. He is a consultant for what concerns the verification and seismic and static upgrading projects of railway bridges and minor works of art, in relation to steel structures, c.a. and masonry, collaborating in the executive design of several new railway bridges.
In the context of research activities, he held professional collaboration contracts with the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of Perugia, concerning research activities in the field of Earthquake Engineering. He has carried out teaching activities in the context of university and training courses for the Orders of Engineers. He has developed research activities by publishing numerous scientific papers both nationally and internationally. Since 2022 he has been a teacher with the qualification of Disciplinary Tutor at the E-Campus University in the context of the Construction Technique courses.
