LUCA CIOCCOLANTI

Luca Cioccolanti ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca in Energetica nel 2014 presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche. Nel periodo 2015-2020 è stato Ricercatore di tipo A, tempo definito, presso l’Università eCampus nel settore scientifico disciplinare ING-IND/09 (Sistemi per l’Energia e l’Ambiente). Da Maggio 2020 è Professore Associato nel medesimo settore scientifico disciplinare. Ha partecipato alla creazione e allo sviluppo di una serie di programmi e moduli relativamente alle tematiche energetiche presso Università extra UE sostenendo il coordinamento di due progetti CBHE Erasmus +. Dal 2019 è coordinatore del progetto CBHE Erasmus + “Skybelt”.

La sua attività di ricerca si concentra principalmente sulla modellazione di sistemi energetici distribuiti alimentati da fonti rinnovabili per applicazioni residenziali. In questo ambito ha partecipato al progetto “Innova Microsolar” finanziato dall’UE con il programma H2020. Oggetto di particolare approfondimento e studio sono i sistemi operanti secondo ciclo ORC per il recupero di calore di media-bassa temperatura.
