EDOARDO BOCCI

Edoardo Bocci, Professore Associato di Strade, Ferrovie e Aeroporti (SSD ICAR/04) presso la Facoltà di Ingegneria dell’Università eCampus. Si è laureato in Ingegneria Civile (con lode) presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche nel 2010 con una tesi dal titolo “Analisi sperimentale della compatibilità strutturale all’interfaccia tra strati in conglomerato bituminoso e solette in acciaio di ponti a piastra ortotropa”. Ha ricevuto il suo dottorato di ricerca in Analisi e Progetto dell’Architettura e del Territorio – Ingegneria delle Strutture e delle Infrastrutture presso l’Università Politecnica delle Marche con una tesi dal titolo “Experimental Evaluation of the Adhesion at the Interface Between Pavement Layers and Orthotropic Steel Decks”.

Il suo ambito di ricerca sono i materiali per pavimentazioni stradali ed aeroportuali. In particolare, la sua attività è focalizzata sulle pavimentazioni speciali per ponti in acciaio a piastra ortotropa, riciclaggio a caldo e a freddo di conglomerato bituminoso di recupero, leganti chiari per pavimentazioni stradali, utilizzo di materie prime seconde nei conglomerati bituminosi, Asphalt Rubber e modellazione del danno nei conglomerati bituminosi.
